Job Summary : The Product Marketing Specialist champions marketing strategy and content production in support of Byrne’s Consumer and Hospitality Business Unit.

Working with other marketing counterparts and the business team to align towards our shared proposition in helping customers and partners navigate the new norms and achieve their outcomes through the combination of products, services and solutions.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Job Requirements :

• Deliver plans with sound value propositions
• Execute marketing plan through cross-functional alignment and coordination
• Based on understanding of customer / segment needs, ensure sales force is fully armed with materials and messages, and provide sales teams with technical marketing and business assistance for targeted industry and customer segments
• Create positioning, messaging, sales support and product / solution content within a customer segment or industry context
• Identify / develop innovative / breakthrough program metrics / benchmarks
• Identify / align cross-functional and / or cross-organizational teams as needed to plan and execute near-term GTM plans and budgets
• Drive the development of messaging framework and content for marketing programs and vehicles
• All other duties as assigned

Experience and Education Required :

• BA or BS in Marketing or related field
• 3 years in industry, sales and / or channel experience

Knowledge and Skills :

• Strong working knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools
• Experience in development and driving consistent field and channel adoption of industry / segment message
• Knowledge of industry or customer segments, offerings / strategy and demand generation programs
• Familiarity with and / or experience in partner marketing
• Experience with CRM applications
• Excellent written / oral communications and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Excellent influence and consensus building-skills
